On occasion, I paint photographs to edit their story. Sometimes, I do this because the original is boring or does not adequately tell the story I wish to share. From childhood, I used painting as a form of expression when I lacked words. As an adult, this use of painting continues. Sometimes, I paint to promote shifts between art forms or thought. If you haven’t tried this form of expression, I encourage you to.
Featured is model, Blue River Dream. For her birthday, I wanted to personalize her portrait. Fortunately, we both loved it!
